What to do after ’saving the world for the second time’ in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness?

well, i thought something was gonna happen after saving the world again. but, nooo. Nothing! The Marowak Dojo shook. and a second ‘cave’ apppered in there. Finished that. Now what? I play this without cheats, etc.

Checked the adventure log. And seems like i skipped a few stuff. Normal? How do i even go back to ‘complete’ stuff?
