I need to know what day is daylight savings time this year. One of my calendars says it is on 10/28/07 while another calendar says it’s on 11/04/07. I’m confused right now because I really need to know the right day to change the time an hour back. Also are we suppose to change it the day of or on the night before at 12:00?
